Refunds

Customers who are not completely satisfied with our services may request a full refund within the first 24 hours of their purchase before their orders have been started. Refunds will be processed through our customer support agents who can be reached at support at Goread.io. Refunds are not applicable to free credits or services. Goread.io reserves the right to meet customer satisfaction and all refunds must be processed in due diligence and due process. 

There will be no refunds once an order is delivered. If the followers drop after a few days, customers can ask for a refill. 

After 30 days there will be no refills, or refunds for any case, And we can only send refills to the original Instagram username, if you change your Instagram username, your order will not be eligible for a free refill

1. This service will only be used for promotional purposes for your photo’s on Instagram.
2. You will not upload anything into this service’s rotation that includes nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram community.
3. You shall not knowingly exploit the system. You can't use any other website to buy followers at the same time, or get followers from any other method like giveaways, friends, To be elegible for any free refill claim, you should only use our service within the agreed time period. If you use any other service at the sametime, your order will not be elegible for free refill offer. We record each Instagram account start count at the begining, So we can only match your start count + ordered followers amount only. We can always offer refills only to match your start count + ordered followers amount only. You can't ask more than that.
4. The service sometimes might deliver later than the planned date stated on the website’s order page. This can be completely normal. Contact our support team if your order isn’t delivered in time, they will most likely find a suitable solution. Late delivery does not mean you will get a refund.

– The warranty is only applicable for the last order made and to the original Instagram Username. If you change the Instagram username, We can't send a free refill. In this case you will have to change back the username to the original format and let us know.
– We will NOT refill if the followers have dropped below the startcount of the last order for followers for this specific account.

2. It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use Goread.io at your own risk.
3. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason.
4. We require your Instagram username to obtain required information for the Instagram API. We do not store, give away, or otherwise distribute your username to any third parties.
5. We can't refund for any running, active orders, You are agreeing to these terms when you purchase a service from our website.
6. The expected number of followers, likes, and views is not guaranteed to you in any way.
7. We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services.
8. It is the sole responsibility of the customers to ensure their accounts are set to “public” during their use of the Goread.io service. Any downtime of service in relation to a client changing their profile to “private” will not result in any payment reimbursement for that period of time.
9. You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree on what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via the payment processor.
10. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
